Remote is seeking a Product-led Growth Manager to develop their growth engine, ensuring a seamless user experience from discovery to payment. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and experienced in growth marketing, particularly within a SaaS environment

Job Summary

  • Define and build the PLG framework, including the tracking of North Star metrics, identifying "Aha!" moments, and establishing a rigorous experimentation culture.
  • Work closely with the Product team to optimize the onboarding flow, reduce Time-to-Value (TTV), and build in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure our tech stack (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot/Salesforce) captures the right data to trigger sales-assist motions (PQLs) when a self-serve user is ready to upgrade.
