Job Summary

• This role supports aerospace manufacturing operations by maintaining NADCAP compliance, implementing the company’s quality management system, and acting as the technical authority for special process quality in the absence of the Quality Manager.
• Develop, maintain, and audit shot peening process documentation, review and approve shot peening parameters, and support machine qualification.
