Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years instructional design experience
Experience with GenAI tools and resources
Knowledge of web application development
Understanding of HTML XML CSS technologies
Agile methodologies and JIRA familiarity
Nice-to-have
Experience with Madcap Xyleme structured authoring
Familiarity with Figma Vyond or Camtasia
Deep understanding of DevOps practices
Ability to read Python Java JavaScript code
