Key Requirements
Engineering degree (Electronics, Aeronautics/Space, IT) or Master 2 (BAC+5) or higher (Doctorate desired)
Significant experience in managing international teams
Proven ability to manage multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to define needs, estimate costs, and ensure project follow-up
Ability to pilot and arbitrate resources between different business lines
