This position requires mentorship of Apprentices and participation in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours issues.

Three years facilities maintenance experience
Proficiency in two crafts like HVAC and plumbing
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Current EPA 608 Type I/II certification
Lockout/tagout qualification required
Hot-work permit compliance knowledge

Familiarity with water-management program tasks
Knowledge of medical gas systems
