Job Summary

  • The primary role of the Service Part Information (SPI) area is to elaborate and maintain catalog application data, manage changes, support the Parts Readiness & Supply Chain area, and generate SPI-related reports.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing Parts Readiness issues, supporting program launches, improving data flow with Supply Chain, updating the team's database, determining catalog part display, entering catalog data into the global ARC system, processing catalog changes, responding to dealer inquiries, and generating activity reports.
  • The role requires a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) at the São Caetano do Sul/SP location.
