Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience with ITIL practices and global service operations
  • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, Python, PowerShell, SQL
  • Hands-on background in Site Reliability Engineering and SLI/SLOs
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, New Relic

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of AI and Large Language Models in production
