Base: $54,200 - $74,500; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive opportunity and pre-IPO stock options; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Troubleshooting laptop and desktop issues
Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux
User account management and password resets
Support for network and security procedures
Experience with Servers, RAID, HyperV, VMWare
Responding to support requests within SLAs
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Azure, O365, Active Directory
Experience with Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Teams
Good communication skills in English
Ability to collaborate across time zones
Positive attitude toward customers
Key Requirements
1-3 years IT industry experience
Experience with Active Directory and group policy management
Strong knowledge of server technologies and virtualization
Good English communication skills
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
