  • The Distiller I is responsible for assisting in the daily production including mashes, fermentations, distillations, dilutions, barreling, proofing, and the production of non-alcoholic mixers including Bloody Mary mix, and ready-to-enjoy cocktails.
  • This position works under the loose general direction of the Operations Supervisor and is essential for products manufactured in the distillery and food grade production area.
