SCHADS Award Level 4; Salary packaging: $15,900 tax‑free + $2,650 meals & entertainment; Flexible working conditions, Health, fitness and financial benefits, 12 weeks paid parental leave, Up to 8 weeks additional leave, Up to 5 days paid volunteer leave

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in AOD, Community Services, Case Management or related field
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid NSW Driver Licence
  • 4 AOD Skill Set Units
  • Experience supporting people impacted by substance use
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
  • Strong de‑escalation skills
  • Sound computer literacy
