Job Summary

Develop regional business plans by conducting SWOT analysis of the market and formulating plans based on key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in implementing their business plans to ensure effective achievement of targets.
Cultivate capabilities as required by the RAM competency model to improve efficiency and actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, serving as a role model for other employees.

Key Requirements
