  • Define, develop and execute the brand strategy for the portfolio of distributed beauty and fragrance brands, ensuring full alignment with each maison’s global positioning, brand DNA and guidelines.
  • The role is responsible for driving business growth through successful product launches, relevant brand activations and a deep understanding of the beauty consumer, maximizing commercial performance across all channels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators: sell-in, sell-out, market share, rotation, margin, distribution and productivity by channel.
