Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, events)
Financial Services domain experience
Translate business requirements to technical designs
Build trusted relationships with senior leadership
Agile delivery models and DevOps practices
Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DDD, NIST)
Nice-to-have
Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
Pre-sales and proposal support
Greenfield or cloud-first solution design
Maturation of architecture practices
Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI
Relevant framework certifications

Proven experience in designing scalable, resilient solution architectures
Experience working across legacy and modern environments
