  • Provide legal, regulatory, and strategic advice on current, proposed or anticipated business activities of MSIM.
  • Responsible for providing legal coverage to the MSIM Solutions and Multi-Assets businesses across a range of strategies and products.
  • Collaborate with legal teams covering MSIM’s Public and Private Side businesses and Morgan Stanley’s other divisions.

Salary

Base: $120,000 - $205,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
