Job Summary

  • The Patient Care Technician is responsible for assisting in direct patient care specific to the unit assigned; assisting with patient transfers and repositioning, transporting of patients, supplies, or specimens; and any other duties as deemed necessary to ensure optimal patient care and physician service, under the direction and supervision of the professional nurse.
  • We care for adult patients who are being treated for a variety of medical diagnoses, including telemetry, peritoneal dialysis, heart caths, cardioversions, and pacemakers.
