Job Summary
This senior management role provides enterprise-level governance and strategic leadership for health, safety, security, environmental, and sustainability programs across JLL's Indonesia operations.
The incumbent will lead a team of over 70 HSSE professionals while establishing risk governance frameworks for more than 75 major properties and 150 smaller assets.
JLL seeks a candidate with deep technical expertise to drive organizational transformation and ensure world-class performance across diverse property types including offices, industrial facilities, and retail centers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Environmental Science, or Business Administration
NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent international certification
RICS certification in Property Management or Facilities Management
Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) certification from Indonesia Ministry of Manpower
Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
Advanced English proficiency for international communication
