Job Summary
To plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate all activities achieving maximum guest satisfaction by providing the required high standard of quality service and presentation.
To ensure frequent rounds to be taken in the Spa, fitness Centre and the swimming pool area to ensure service standards are maintained and the feedback is continuously shared with the Wellness manager.
Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
