Job Summary
As a field engineer, you will perform repair, regular maintenance, installation, customer training, and sales promotion of life science analytical instruments manufactured and sold by the company.
The team consists of about 30 field service engineers divided into groups of approximately 8 members, each assigned specific equipment to manage, emphasizing teamwork and mutual support.
After company orientation, new hires receive training and on-the-job training within the field service department with mentorship, typically becoming independent within 1-2 months.
