Base: $249,800 - $374,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options

Must-have
15+ years global real estate experience
10+ years senior leadership capacity
$100M+ global capital budget management
LEED AP and WELL AP credentials required
End-to-end delivery of global construction projects
Nice-to-have
Experience in Asia Pacific Japan and EMEA regions
Knowledge of hybrid work models and AI integration
Strong cross-functional C-suite influence skills
Biophilic design and wellness infrastructure expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
