Job Summary

• The Manager Projects and Implementation is primarily responsible for ensuring assigned projects deliver required deliverables within quality, time, and cost constraints and facilitating the full realization of proposed benefits.
• This involves resolving complex, multi-dimensional business problems in the Caribbean Customer Experience Centers and contributing to the development of standardized, simplified business processes and related system changes.
• The incumbent must be creative and high-performing, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives of complex variety, conflict resolution oriented, results focused, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
