The Global Planning Manager is responsible for leadership, execution and enhancement of ALAM’s global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, bridging commercial demand and manufacturing execution to ensure supply reliability.
This role manages a global team to achieve inventory targets, optimize capacity utilization, enhance affiliate collaboration, and drive organizational evolution toward a more automated and proactive supply chain.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field

Proven global/remote team leadership experience
Proficiency with SAP or Tier-1 MRP solutions
Preferred certifications: APICS, ASCM, ISM, or CSCMP
Continuous improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma, VSM, DMAIC)
