We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Distribution Training. In this role you will need: Support Senior Trainers in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions for the sales force. Focus on basic training on the sales advisory process and system, regulatory requirements (specifically Fair Dealing Guidelines and Culture & Conduct), sales skills, and technical knowledge (underwriting, claims, etc.) Support recruitment and onboarding of new reps by working with external vendors to provide the necessary CMFAS tutorials to help them pass their industry exams. Support channel engagement initiatives to drive change, such as the adoption of new processes, new company/industry guidelines and requirements, etc. Monitoring and reporting on post-training outcomes Payment of service rendered by external training vendors Working with the Competency Standards team to ensure mandatory training is conducted, tracked, and documented according to standard operating procedures. To be successful you will need: Demonstrated sales experience within the financial planning sector, supported by relevant industry certifications (i.e. M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8, M8A) Proven experience in delivering distribution-focused training programmes Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders Opening up a world of opportunity http://www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, resp
