Must-have

  • 5+ years Quality Assurance experience
  • CLIA CAP ISO 15189 compliance knowledge
  • Laboratory audit and inspection management
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Non-conforming event program oversight

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
  • ASQ auditor certification preferred
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Diagnostics laboratory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology
  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management
  • Understanding of CLIA, CAP, and ISO 15189 regulations
  • Preferred: 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Diagnostics Laboratory experience
