Job Summary

• We are seeking an in-house Legal Specialist / Paralegal with a background in Workers Compensation who is either currently completing their legal studies or has been working in the industry for some time and is ready to step into a hands-on, in-house role.
• The purpose of this role is to assist with the preparation and strategic management of Work Injury Damages (WID) claims, support statutory litigation in the Personal Injury Commission , assist with other legally based claims, undertake legal project work, and provide ongoing legal support to Specialised Insurance Group.
