  • Provide comprehensive occupational health programs and services to all employees at the plant through regulatory compliance, proactive intervention, and prevention.
  • Manage and support employees and/or vendors both clinical and non-clinical, at the clinic; Evaluate, triage, and provide first aid and/or referral.

Key Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license in state of practice
  • 3+ years' experience in Occupational Health or related field
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate worker’s compensation cases
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • CPR/AED certification
  • COHN or COHN-S certification (within 3 years)
  • Spirometry certification (within 1 year)
  • Hearing Conservation certification (within 1 year)
  • Adept working knowledge of EAP, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA
