The Country Control Testing Utility (CTU) is responsible for assessing the adequacy of Controls and Monitoring and Testing Tools designed and executed by in-country Business and Functions.
This role is execution-oriented, focusing on operational controls, performance assessment, and assurance for in-country controls, including the execution of assessment processes, results reporting, and insight sharing.
The position requires strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly regarding feedback on control adequacy and effectiveness, and engagement with senior managers.
