Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of continuous improvement projects in upholstery; our cutting and sewing department.
Develop sustainable improvements through engagement of the team utilizing servant leadership, technical knowledge, and continuous improvement tools to improve quality, productivity, and safety.
Utilize lean concepts including standardized work, problem solving methodologies, material handling and planning, and kaizen activities.
