Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 years manufacturing experience
5 years semiconductor capital equipment
Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree
Hands-on electrical testing and troubleshooting
C#, Python scripting knowledge
TwinCAT PLC and serial communication protocols
FMEA, 8D, SPC, DMAIC, Six Sigma proficiency
Nice-to-have
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Project management for multiple NPI programs
Supplier development or contract manufacturing background
Experience with manufacturing digitization
Data-driven process improvement exposure
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Automation Engineering
Minimum 8 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
Minimum 5 years in semiconductor capital equipment industry
