Job Summary

  • Drive accountability for all lease management and utility payment operations globally, including invoice processing, subtenant billings, high-fidelity lease abstractions, data management, compliance activities, and issue resolution.
  • Manage the lease administration supplier contract as a high-performance partner and develop and monitor KPIs/SLAs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Continuously improve DXC’s lease administration processes, tools, and global standards, ensuring essential lease data can be used to drive actionable insights and inform real estate strategy.
