Assist in planning and conducting individual, small group, and large group activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
Support communication between staff, residents, families, and community organizations, and participate in community planning.
Provide in-room activities for residents who are bed-bound or unable to attend group activities, maintaining a clean and organized department.
