Developing and supporting BI solutions
Mentoring junior BI developers
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize BI queries

Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure and Snowflake
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience leading small scale data projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years experience
Or 6+ years experience as BI Developer or related roles
Must hold or obtain Epic certifications within 6 months
Required Epic certifications: Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity Data Models
Minimum 2 years healthcare or managed care experience preferred
