Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems knowledge
Class A property maintenance experience
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Emergency response within 45 minutes
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice-to-have
CFC Universal Certification preferred
Yardi or building automation systems experience
Outgoing personality with diverse relationship skills
Positive can-do attitude fueling innovation
Self-directed with minimal supervision
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year Maintenance Technician experience
Current driver's license without major violations
Ability to work after hours and weekends on-call rotation
