Must-have
Strong knowledge of Linux environments
Experience with server hardware
Proficiency in CAD generated machine layouts
Hands-on hardware validation testing
Understanding of New Product Introduction processes
Data analysis for quality and reliability
Lean Six Sigma tools and processes
Nice-to-have
Basic exposure to customer negotiation
Familiarity with technical quotations
Strong communication and cross-functional skills
Working knowledge of databases
Understanding of network infrastructure
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
Experience working with server hardware
Strong knowledge of Linux environments and command-line consoles
Experience in functional testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
Knowledge of thermal management and liquid cooling systems
Familiarity with validation phases EVT, DVT, PVT
Basic knowledge of statistics for test and validation activities
