Job Summary

• This role serves as the primary point of accountability for delivering Takeda's strategic intent of 'Partner for Access' across a defined regional geography.
• The position requires negotiating contracts, securing formulary placements, and optimizing payer opportunities to maximize profitable access for Takeda's product portfolio.
• Employees will collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Strategic Partnerships to drive pull-through and mitigate access losses.

Base: $184,000.00 - $253,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short-term and/or long-term incentives eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, up to 120 hours paid vacation
