  • As the Acquisition Manager, you will own all audience acquisition across heycar UK, responsible for delivering high-quality leads at scale across paid digital channels and commercial partnerships.
  • You will manage a significant proportion of the marketing budget and be directly accountable for performance, requiring someone who is highly detail-oriented and comfortable operating within platforms day-to-day.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing large-scale digital acquisition budgets
  • Deep, hands-on experience running campaigns across Google Ads / SA360 and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong technical understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign setup
  • Proven ability to optimise campaigns at a granular level
  • Experience owning budgets, forecasts, and delivering against clear commercial targets
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data tools
