Job Summary
We are seeking a resourceful Product Development Support Manager with strong technical expertise to join our Product Management team.
In this role, you will play a key part in the discovery, planning, and execution of new digital product initiatives and strategic extensions.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Solutions Japan, the Product Development Support Manager will work closely with stakeholders incl. content teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative product ideas to life—from early discovery through to delivery.

Key Requirements
4-6 years of experience
System Integration Consultant/Manager
Product Operations/Support in EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles
Agile methodologies experience
Experience with technical and content teams
Ability to document complex requirements
Comfortable in multi-stakeholder environments
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
