Job Summary

  • Support the team to working efficiently, safely and to the required quality standard, managing resources, constraints and tools.
  • Remain technically competent on all processes in the department to be the primary technical trainer and provide input on process improvements.
  • Lead an excellent quality culture with accurate policy adherence and effective root cause investigation and mitigation.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Lead 5S, equipment care and calibration
  • Lead quality culture and root cause investigation
  • Train team members in technical skills
  • Ensure safe work practices
  • Proficiency in advanced tools and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620C and/or AC 43.13 standards

Nice-to-have

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant aerospace experience
  • Expertise in advanced space systems and satellite componentry
  • Proficiency in ESD safe zones and clean rooms
  • Strong understanding of ISO9000 or AS9100 requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
