Job Summary

  • The Global Enterprise Solutions and Customer Success team supports the entire customer journey for all software solutions in Agilent’s OpenLab and CrossLab portfolio.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating Solution Deployment and Engineering operations in the east sub-region of China, focusing on the customer journey between order and go-live.
  • Responsibilities include managing regional P&L performance, measuring and reporting on objectives and performance indicators, and coaching team members.
