Job Summary
The Global Enterprise Solutions and Customer Success team supports the entire customer journey for all software solutions in Agilent’s OpenLab and CrossLab portfolio.
This role is responsible for coordinating Solution Deployment and Engineering operations in the east sub-region of China, focusing on the customer journey between order and go-live.
Responsibilities include managing regional P&L performance, measuring and reporting on objectives and performance indicators, and coaching team members.
