Job Summary

  • Participate in structured onboarding and training programs covering sales operations, enablement tools, and leadership fundamentals.
  • Assist the Sales Manager/RSM in achieving sales goals and objectives, usually by implementing and revising sales strategies and by directing and motivating the sales team.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Consultants, including conducting regular coaching and counseling.
