Base: $47.92/hour; Premiums: Evening/night/weekend differentials per union contract; Benefits: 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, paid parental leave

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on medical devices
  • Troubleshoot and repair diagnostic and monitoring equipment
  • Work overnight shift Monday through Friday with weekends
  • Lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Document activities in computerized work order systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in hospital clinical engineering environments
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission and FDA regulations
  • Knowledge of CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking
  • Understanding of infection control protocols
  • Experience working under union collective bargaining agreements

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in troubleshooting biomedical equipment
