Job Summary
This role plays a critical part in supporting tied agency distribution channels and financial advisory firms by ensuring Training & Competency (T&C) operational processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory and business needs.
You will partner with IT and key stakeholders to drive system enhancements, including defining scope, preparing user stories, developing test plans, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
