Karcher Senior Living is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and supervise support staff within a remote setting. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Occupational Therapy and relevant state licensure, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Job Summary

  • Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act.
  • Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
