Building systems operation and maintenance
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
Preventative maintenance inspections
Building automation systems knowledge
Energy usage monitoring and efficiency
Compliance with safety and building codes

Key Requirements
EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling
2-4 years hands-on building operations experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Journeyman's license (preferred)
Boiler operator license (preferred)
Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing (preferred)
