Job Summary
Provides high quality patient treatment including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, patient/family education and instruction, and communication with relevant parties.
Documents patient care following HFAP and departmental policy and procedure, and participates in continuous quality improvement processes.
Directs and supervises activities of aides, students, and volunteers, and assists with departmental functions as needed.
