Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing and maintaining written policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
This role requires managing staffing levels, delegating authority to charge nurses, and coordinating with physicians and families to plan comprehensive resident care and discharge strategies.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state

2 years or more experience preferably in long-term care
