Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 12+ years progressive experience in application or platform roles
  • 7+ years experience in Banking or Financial Services technology
  • Design large-scale integrated enterprise solutions
  • Strong understanding of non-functional requirements like resiliency
  • Expertise in REST APIs, MQ, Web Services, and SFTP integrations
  • Proficiency with Azure architecture and hybrid deployments
  • Experience with OAuth/OIDC concepts and IAM fundamentals

Nice-to-have

  • Domain knowledge in Trade Finance products like Letters of Credit
  • Experience guiding third-party vendors in complex environments
  • TOGAF, SAFe Architect, ITIL, or Cloud Architecture certifications
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with pragmatic delivery constraints
  • Comfort operating in highly regulated mission-critical environments

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in application, integration, or platform technology
  • 7+ years of experience within Banking or Financial Services technology environments
  • Proven track record designing large-scale integrated enterprise solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems and API-led architectures
