Job Summary

  • The Lead Grants Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all pre- and post-award activities across OVPRI, particularly its central office and departments, centers, and institutes.
  • This position works with faculty, students, staff, and the Research Development and Support team (RDS) to prepare and submit sponsored funding applications for OVPRI and to coordinate the subsequent contracts or award funding and other post-award processes for successful proposals.
  • The goal of the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Innovation is to promote Vanderbilt’s distinctive research culture, which aspires to improve the human condition through path-breaking discovery and innovation.
