Job Summary

• The Director will ensure optimization of all export activities and manage the movement of finished goods and raw materials from Asia to the rest of the world with a retail centric, consumer minded and hyper digital focus.
• This role provides dynamic and visible leadership to positively impact direction and vision for the team and peers while developing and executing key transportation strategies for ocean, airfreight, 3PL, and custom products.
• The position involves managing vendor compliance programs, supporting corporate inclusion and diversity initiatives, and leading data and analytics teams to ignite value creation, standardization, and harmonization.

• 10–12 years related professional experience
• Minimum 10 years supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related area preferred
• Mandarin and Cantonese preferred; English essential
• Deep knowledge of Infor SCM portal
