Job Summary
Serve as a Ledger Owner for one of GM-Europe Entities maintaining accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance to policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform operationally the month-end/quarter-end/year end close, reporting/trend analysis and account reconciliation; assure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Evaluate the current process/practices, Identify, and drive various projects/initiatives for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
