Job Summary

  • As a Process Excellence Advisor you will be responsible for supporting all functional areas in relation to Business Processes in terms of documentation, governance and monitoring performance.
  • Upskilling, coaching and training Process Managers in Process Excellence and supporting with process optimisation initiatives as well as documenting new processes.
